Kata Gardens is a collection of contemporary apartments for rent, including one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as luxurious penthouses with rooftop plunge pools, in one of Phuket’s most desirable locations at Kata Beach.

One Bedroom Apartments

Each of the one-bedroom apartments at Kata Gardens offer over 110 square meters of comfortable living space. The one-bedroom penthouse on the top level has a roof-top terrace with private swimming pool.

Two Bedroom Apartments

Spacious two-bedroom apartments at Kata Gardens offer over 180 square metres of living space. Ideally-suited as a home away from home, these exquisitely decorated apartments feature an open-plan kitchen alongside a dining and living area as well as two large bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Penthouse units on the top level have access to a roof-top terrace with private swimming pool.

Three Bedroom Apartments

Perfect for larger families or groups on holiday together, these large, spacious apartments feature contemporary Thai decor. At least 250 square metres of living space are available within each apartment with the penthouse featuring a a roof-top terrace with private swimming pool and sundeck. Each bedroom also features a private balcony.

Kata Gardens is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

Dining Facility

Joe’s South has joined Kata Gardens to bring the same top quality dining experience as found at Joe’s Downstairs in Kalim in yet another unique and delightful setting.

The new Joe’s South features five glass-enclosed seating pavilions: three for dining, a bar area and a deli/bakery, plus al fresco dining. Water cascades elegantly from rooftops and lines the path between each section of the restaurant. The décor is fresh, colorful and contemporary, providing a relaxing and soothing dining atmosphere.

Joe’s South offers the same wide selection of refreshing cocktails, spirits, and fine wines as can be found at its sister restaurant up north. The drink list includes a large variety of premium vodka, rum, gin, whisky and tequila, as well as imported beers. As with all the Baan Rim Pa group restaurants, Joe’s South serves a full jigger-sized portion of alcohol with all drinks.

The menu offers Joe’s famous hamburger made from freshly ground top quality imported beef, special created dishes of local and imported fresh fish and seafood and a selection of Asian Tapas. A true gastronomic delight.
