If your selected villa is available upon your arrival you may check in as soon as you arrive on the day of the booking. In some cases, if the villa is occupied, our Guest Relations Representative will collect you from the airport and take you to an area of interest nearby to the villa to relax until the agreed check-in time.
If there are no guests arriving on the day of your departure you may stay in the villa free of charge until 3pm. However after 3pm we charge 50% of the daily rate and also after 6pm there will be a full day extra charge. Your flight details will be needed and arrangements should be made with our concierge in advance.
We will happily arrange car rental for you and only use trusted rental firms with insurance and competitive rates. The cost is generally lower than in western countries, but dependent on vehicle choice and the rental period.
Your villa manager will happily arrange a taxi to collect you from your villa, as requested. Taxis are readily available in all the main towns and tourist spots and your villa manager can also provide you with a taxi call out number.
The cost of chef cooked meal depends on your specific menu and meal choices, as well as the number of guests in your party. The prices are reasonable when compared hotel or restaurant menus.
Obviously in the tropic insects and mosquitos are unavoidable, however doors are often screened and each villa bedroom is equipped with mosquito netting or repellant. You can use spray and cream as an extra protection. We strongly advise that you also bring your own repellants should you be particularly concerned.
Most of our luxury villas are equipped with air-conditioning in every room, but please refer to individual villa specifications for certain variations.
While none of our villa owners object to family bookings, some of our villas are more suitable for children than others with regards to safety and onsite activities. Please refer to the appropriate villa page for specific information.
Rental prices range which depends on you villa choice, but the rates often work out cheaper than equivalent hotels and resorts.
Yes, there is a minimum rental period of 3 nights during intermediate and High season, 5 nights during Peak season and 7-10 nights over Christmas and New Year.

While all our villas offer self-catering options as standard, they also come with an in-villa menu and a Personal Chef to cater for you during your stay. Pre-stocking services are also available and your Personal Concierge will explain options and pricing to you prior to arrival.
Yes, if there is sufficient room it is usually possible. Please discuss any amendments to your booking prior to arrival with your Personal Concierge who will be able to inform you of any limitations or added costs.

This depends on the villa location. While many are fairly secluded to provide maximum privacy, none are totally removed from civilization and the villa is always within reasonable distance to one of the main tourist centres. Please refer to individual villa details for more information.
Each of our villas has at least 2 full-time staff that are at your disposal for the duration of your stay. During your vacation, your Villa Manager will be happy to answer any questions you have. However, should you need further assistance your Personal Concierge is only a phone call away. Prior to arrival, the Personal Concierge will provide you with the necessary list of contacts.

At the time of booking your Personal Concierge will discuss and arrange transfer details to and from the airport. Hire cars or personal drivers can also be provided. All costs for transport will be extra charges made payable to applicable hire companies.
Before your arrival date, your Concierge will send you a grocery list should you wish your villa fridge or store to be pre-stocked. There are also numerous convenience stores dotted around the island as well as a few larger supermarkets and several local markets should you wish to do your own grocery shopping.
Discounts are at the discretion of the property owner and we will advertise when they are being offered. Discounts may also be offered to returning guests and granted on an individual basis.

All of our villa rentals come complete with a team of at least 2 staff who live on-site. General room cleaning, make-up and turn down services are carried out daily, however in the interest of the environment we limit the washing of linens and towels to once every three days.
